How it works

To Start your program, simply sign up with your information and schedule your consultation. A measuring tape and water bottle will be mailed to you. Your first program will be sent the first Friday after you submit your measurements. You will also get starter habit tips that will get you started right away. These new habits will make the transition to your new nutrition program smooth and easy.

At the start of every month you will be prompted to re-enter your information. As your body changes, your nutritional needs change too. It is also common that your activity level and goals aren't always going to stay the same as well. Keep your plan up to date monthly be re-submitting your information.
