To Start your program, simply fill out the questionnaire about your body, activity level, and contact information and sign up. You will be sent your first program within 48 hours, but you will have things to start and tips to get going on the moment you sign up.
At the start of every month you will be prompted to re-enter your information. As your body changes, your nutritional needs change too! There is also a good chance that your activity level and goals aren't always going to stay the same as well. Keep your plan up to date monthly be re-submitting your information.
